2. Can we have our logo or our own design on the products?

A: Yes, our products are customizable according to your requirements. Your logo can be put on your products by printing, hot stamping, embossing, UV coating, silk screen printing or sticker.

3. Can I get the samples? And how?

A: Yes, you can get the samples. You need to pay for sample cost and the transportation fee at first. Then the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

4. How to make a order?

A: Inquiry -- Sample -- Order. You need to provide the information below for the order.
1) Product quantity, specification (material, size, technological and packing requirements, design draft file, etc)
2) Delivery time required
3) Shipping information (Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port)

5. How long can I get the sample? How about the mass production time?

A: After receiving the sample fee and all material and design being confirmed, the sample time is 7-10 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 days.
The mass product leading time will approximately take 20-25 working days.
